Mistake in Your Order? No Problem!
If we sent you the wrong product by mistake, don’t worry. We’ll replace it for free, no questions asked.

Received a Damaged Package?
If your package arrives damaged or with a broken seal, please do not accept it. Instead, report it to us immediately with your Order Number (#), and we will promptly reship your order. Delivery charges will apply.

Note: This returns and replacement policy applies to all customers, including influencers.

Returns, Refunds & Replacement Details

  • You can return unused items and accessories in their original packaging within 3 days of receiving them.
  • Returns must be sent at your own expense and responsibility using a traceable delivery method to our provided address.

Non-Refundable Items:
  • Phone lens protectors and screen protectors cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Items that are perishable, used, damaged, or not in the same condition as received, as well as items not in their original packaging, are NOT eligible for return or refund. In such cases, the items will be re-shipped to your address, and delivery charges will apply.

Refunds Process
Once we receive your returned products, refunds will be processed as store credit within 2 working days.
