If we sent you the wrong product by mistake, don't worry. We'll replace it for free, no questions asked.

- Received a Damaged Package?

If your package arrives damaged or with a broken seal, please do not accept it. Instead, report it to us immediately with your Order Number (#), and we will promptly reship your order to your address with applicable delivery charges.

- Sale Items Policy

Please note that items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Note: This returns and replacement policy applies to all customers, including influencers.

- Returns, Refunds & Replacement Details

You can return unused items and accessories, provided they are in their original packaging, within 3 days of receiving them.

You can send the parcel at your own expense and responsibility using a traceable delivery method to our address.

Please note that items that are perishable, used, damaged, not in the same condition as received, or not in their original packaging are NOT eligible for return or refund. In such cases, the items will be re-shipped to your provided address, and delivery charges will apply for the reshipment.

Once we receive your returned products, refunds will be processed as store credit within 2 working days.
